Job Title: Office Assistant

Hours:

  • Thursday and Friday: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

  • Occasional weekends for community events

About Us:
We are seeking a motivated multi-tasker to join our team! We are a dog walking business based out of Kingston, NH.  Our ideal candidate will be a versatile, enthusiastic dog lover ready to assist in various office functions and contribute to our business’s growth and community presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Support: Assist the owner with marketing tasks on various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, and Google Business.

  • Client Management: Process new client requests, set up meetings, and assist with client interactions in our small retail section.

  • Recruitment: Post hiring ads, support the hiring process, and help find the right candidates for our team.

  • Community Engagement: Discover and implement creative ways to promote our business in the community.

  • Service Area Expansion: Help the owner target and grow into new service areas.

  • Scheduling: Assist with various scheduling tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn:

    • Facebook

    • Instagram

    • Nextdoor

    • Google Business

    • Canva

    • Mailchimp

  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Starting pay $18 an hour
